Which products are eligible for the CSC Audio warranty?
The warranty is available for products that are registered with CSC Audio. Register to receive free software updates.
What is the information required for registration?
- Product serial number (listed on the back of the product)
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice number
What does the warranty cover?
All defective parts due to material defect or a failure of workmanship will be replaced free of cost. However, the customer will need to pay the associated shipping and transportation costs.
The warranty is only viable if the product has been registered online (prior to any claims).
The warranty does not cover a product damage that has resulted from accidents, improper use and maintenance, bad handling, excess moisture, lightning/power surges, or unauthorized tampering, modification, or purchases made from unauthorized technicians or dealers.
What is the time period of the warranty?
The CSC Audio warranty is valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. The purchase date listed on your invoice will be considered the date of purchase.
Warranty Procedure
- Please contact the help team – they will guide you through the warranty procedure.
- The product/parts will be repaired or replaced as fast as possible. Depending on the product to be repaired, or parts to be replaced, turnaround time will vary. The help team will advise you of the turnaround time as soon as its determined.
